Purchase process
1. Request a vehicle at nsautomartjp.com
You will be a registered user of NS AUTOMART JP Co,. Ltd after requesting a vehicle.
2.Deposit
Registered users have to make a deposit JPY500,000 in order to buy a car from the auction. The deposit amount will be deducted from vehicle price you purchase.

You can cancel a vehicle bought from an auction through us. However, if you cancel a vechicle once we have bought it from an auction for you, we have to bear auction charges and various other expenses. To cover-up those expenses we charge you JPY200,000.
3.Payment of the Invoice
Transfer the invoice amount within the deadline stated on your invoice through LC. Any delay in payment may result in a postponed shipping date. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
4.Shipping
If a vehicle is not shipped within 30days from the date of purchase, the price will increase by 3% every 30 days. If a vehicle is not shipped within 90days from the date of purchase, a penalty of JPY200,000 will be charged and the order will be cancelled.
5.Arrival at port
After approximately 4 to 5 weeks, the vehicle should arrive at the destination port.

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen events.
6.Vehicle hand over
You are able to collect your vehicle at the port or get delivered home after paying VAT, customs duties and etc.
